I'm in tears here one my chest and throat so painful and second ians working tonight and I'm scared I dont like being on my own as it is but just went to take dog for wee and she started growing and barking then came running back in so now I'm shitting it to the stage I'm crying what's makin my chest hurt more

Im on my own most nights and sometimes I get scared, not often though but I do know how panicked you can get. I talk myself into all sorts of scenarios that are usually far fetched but at the time seem scary and real. I promise you you are ok. Do you have neighbours near you? I always tell myself that if anything did happen the neighbours would hear and its just the same as Stuart beng in the next room. You're not really alone

Your dog was probably barking at a mouse/other small animal. We have a cat that prowls are garden fence & garage roof most nights. Its scared me a few times and so has the thought of it hunting but the mice etc are happily burrowed/nested outside and you are safe inside.

Being sick makes eveything seem worse. Do you like reading? Reading relaxes me and qute often ends me to sleep. xxx
