Im out tonight and im dreading what im going to feel like in the morning already So any one got any tips to beat a hangover?!

don't drink!

I saw u had replied and thought...ummm she doesnt drink what advise is she going to offer i suppose not drinking full stop would be the best idea!

i heard if you drink like a glass or a pint of orange juice befre you go to bed it helps x

I used to find that if I drank a pint of water before bed it helped, as did having a sandwhich before bed/dirty takeway on way home.

Since being a mummy though hangovers are harder!!!

can't remember the last time i had one! but in the past definately a pint of water before bed.

My OH swears by the pint of water thingy. I however have never tried it as I used to get bored when drinking a bottle of wine. xx

water does help but having a baby to look after the next day seems to do wonders for hangovers!

pint of water before bed ,,, some munchies before bed

next morning breakfast should consist of ,, irn bru , any flavour slush puppie and 2 bags of salt and vinegar crisps !

Water before bed, and also while you're out too, try and pace yourself and drink water in between, I'm proud to say I've never had a hangover after a hefty number of nights out and piss ups lol xx

I got such bad hangovers I just stopped drinking so i'm no help lol!

I cant help really i dont tend to get hangovers i just feel crap after ive drunk for bit then i drink more xx

Well ladies....i got in at 4.30am and passed out...forgot about the water as i felt fine (then) now im dying

Its the tiredness I cant cope with after a rare night out.

We im shattered! I do have Tayla but im in bed now and Lukes with her hehe! Shes going for a nap soon so ill have a nap too Nice to have some sympathy!

I have had one hangover since having Aimee - never again!!! It ruined me for weeks xx
