As some of you know, Tesco cancelled my home grocery delivery last night because it was snowing. I re-scheduled for 4-6pm today. Well I had a phonecall at 3.50pm to say they were cancelling again. OMFG, the snow has melted as it started raining last night and he roads are clear FFS !!! So i phoned them back and she said there wasnt a specific reason noted for cancelling. Cerys's food was in that order, toilet, wipes, bread etc. we had run out of everything !!!!. Why the fluffin heck didnt they call earlier in the day so i could have sorted something

To top it off, my order had increased by £15 so i asked why. She said that some offers i ordered e.g buy one get one free had expired today Errrrrrrrrm well excuse me but i ordered these promotions on Friday and paid for them while they were on offer. so they had reverted back to normal price

To say Im mad is an understatement I asked for compensation and she said i could have a £5 coupon WOWEEEEEE. There will be a lovely email winging its way to their Customer Services tomorrow.

Btw I cancelled the enitre order - they can shove it up their BUTTS

thats appalling, last time i ordered with tesco they let me have offers that werent due to start til the delivery day which i found strange they surely cant do that especially since they were the ones that cancelled TWICE

exactly Jo, i actually ordered Thursday. There's no frikken snow here and its too wet for ice. I know what it is........Health & Safety gone mad again - idiots !!!!!!! OOOOOOHH careful you dont slip on the RAINY pavement x

Ah thats crap we got our Asda delivery no problem and we have solid ice down our culdesac... It makes me mad when they do that with the offers being out of date, we had that problem with Tesco which is why we went with Asda xx

omg seriousley thats bang out of order if you orderd it when the offer was on, you should pay that price...hope it was a strong worded email you sent them, bloody div's x

i worked for tesco in dot com briefly couple months back and if a delivery was cancelled by tesco they still have to honour any deals and discounts at point of order as it is tescos who have cancelled and if you have a child you are classed as prority so that is well out of order, i know you have cancelled it but still make a huge complaint as that is so wrong!! hope they offer you better comp xxxxx

The feckers, that is shocking and definintely warrants a stongly worded email! I wouldn't stop complaining until you'd sqeezed ever last penny of compensation out of them!!!
