well 9 months in and i think i've finally cracked it, just realised everything has seem to come together, avas sleeping all the way through, shes sleeping in a good routine in the day and i'm managing to do housework now! just wanted to say a big thankyou for all the advice from the lovely ladies on here thats helped me along the way, couldn't have done it without you all xx

Ahhh how nice - glad Ava is sleeping better now!! Sleep makes such a massive difference doesn't it??

its so great not feeling tired anymore, after feeding her for the first 4 months every hour and a half through the night, it feels so great to have some energy now! wanted to give some hope to the people with younger ones!
