this next directory malark is confusing me, i've spent ages reading the FAQs but want to double check! i hate store accounts, i just want to buy stuff and pay for it straight away. if i set up an account (which is going to be dangerous ) how soon can i pay it off? i don't want to end up paying the stupid APR

U can pay straight away, then close the account if u want (after you have it!). Make sure u tick NOT to get the directory delivered or u end up paying £3.95 every time they come!

i think its a month after your purchase - i hate that you cant just pay as you go. we pay ours off most months and our credit has gone from 400 to 1200£ - dangerous!

as soon as i have my parcel and decide im keeping everything I pay straightaway, you can do it online as soon as its been despatched.

I have a free del code too if u want it? Not 100% sure its still valid but worth a try x

i meant after you register - im sure we had to wait 30 days - but after that year you can pay at any time

I went into Next and ot them to order me something in from their catalogue. If id ordered online it would have been £3.95 del charge, instore its only £2 to your home or free if it gets delivered to your local store.

I ordered a coat on a tue and collected it on the sat.

Yeh I bought some work shoes in September and I paid for it straight away, didn't have to set up an account. And I used a money off voucher too and still didn't have to open one xx

we have some stuff that i was meant to pick up in town last week - but i still cant get into town, it was jackets and jumpers so now i have my bundle of treats from debs i might just 'forget' to collect them and get them credited back to the account
