Well as Thomas isn't here I'm trying really hard to get the house in order - having a good sort out and chucked a load of crap out to make space for the new crap we will aquire over the next few weeks

I don't actually mind most household jobs and get some sad satisfaction from cleaning/organizing things BUT I absolutely despise sorting and folding (i dont iron) clean washing I don't even know why - it's not a difficult/messy/dirty job I just hate it with a passion! Consequently I am sat here staring at a pile in the middle of my living room that needs doing and it's actuallly making me feel ill there is about 6 wash loads to do

Are there any house jobs that you actually hate (more so than normal) and put off until you can't bear it any more?

I also don't iron

i hate ironing, cleaning dishes and the bathroom, infact im just lazy and i hate everythin

I hate putting the dry washing away. Its such a thankless job. You know in a few days they are all gonna be back into the wash basket and where the kids are concerned, all over the floor within a day cause they cant just take just one item of clothing out of a drawer!

I NEVER iron. Dont see the point most of the time. I take things straight from machine and reshape and hang to dry over radiators or hanging neatly on coat hangers off dryer rails. Things from tumbler get a good shake & smooth and are then folded away.

Im like Mara, I hate putting clean clothes away, hence I nearly always have a 3ft tall pile on top of the freezer. Most mornings I end up grabbing Caitlins clothes from there instead of the drawers in her room!

Emptying the dishwasher!!!! It goes on overnight and because Simon's not here in the morning I have to empty it and it does my head in!!!! Oh and probably not housework but feed the cat, especially in this weather because he's an outdoor cat so gets fed in the shed - which is at the bottom of the garden and because he's always hungry he virtually 'attacks' you the minute you step out of the back door (and I mean rub against you legs that hard you almost fall over ) x

I normally iron as I go along, so its just sorting and folding it and putting it away.

i hate changing beds, especially putting sheets on - i leave it to my husband to do. i dont bother ironing but if i have to, the novelty keeps it interesting haha

I DONT do the washing up... well only occasionaly as my OH always gets fed up with the pile before i do

I hate it... always have.
Im not sure if that stems from being forced to do it as a child or some other reason though

Changing the bedsheets. Bloody hate it

i hate cleaning the bathroom, and i hate dusting cos you have to move everything

i like hoovering though, i find it strangely satisfying

i don't mind house work.

Lol I must be weird because I LOVE ironing and sorting clothes.

I love getting to a near empty wardrobe and us all having nothing to wear then doing a huge iron and hanging up clothes and its all full again.
saying that I never do ohs stuff he does all that himself.

I like hoovering but hate doing the stairs.
I guess for me its cleaning the guinea pig cage out.

Hate changing our bed callums is fine so easy but ours such a pain and i can never put our quilt sheet back on properly looks stupid x
