I bought a carpet from Carpet Right (you may remember my rant about their stupid prices!)
Anyway I asked for 4.6 metres x 4 metres and thats what i paid for and the receipt says.
I asked them to have it ready in an hour for my dad to pick up, so wasnt there when they got it out etc.
Tonight our carpet fitter turned up, puts the underlay down then we get the carpet up tha stairs (not easy lol)...and he shouts to me and says its too small
Its only 3.6 x 3.9 so not even the right width and a metre short on the length
To say I am furious is an understatement as I am going to the meet in the morning and they don't open til 9...guess who will be knocking on the door at 9am! ME!
I am going to demand a partial refund for the absolute stupidity of it to give us a metre less than we asked for.
I am hoping the meet girls can push us meeting back til 11...otherwise me and Izzy will have to turn up later and miss everyone
