I almost was the victim of fraud but luckilly I'm poor and don't have an overdraft facility so they couldn't get their greasy mitts on any money. My cards now been cancelled and blocked!! I had actually ordered from Amazon too for my daughters doll. Hubby gave me this link 2 days after I'd re-entered my details cuz he remembered me metntioning it.

The 'unsubscribe' scam

Amazon have also been warning customers never to click the unsubscribe link in an unknown email, as many spammers use this to create a list of active accounts — which they will then bombard with more phishing emails.
If you do want to unsubscribe from an Amazon mailing, you should change your communication settings within your official account.

my oh is going thru a fight just now too, but luckily not amazon! some ones cloned his card and used it in MEXICO!!

Is he going to get his money back? I'm sure he can prove he wasn't or hasn't been to Mexico.The card company should refund the money in cases of fraudulant use xxxxxxxxxxx

yeah, they can see on the account several failed transactions, where they been trying the card out or something. the banks sorting it and will refund the money it just takes time. was just under 200 they got, coulda been worse, thats the house account

my future inlaws were cloned on their cruise ship ! ,, thankfully the bank called them straight away
is scary ! i have had mail from hsbc ? ,,, i dont bank with them so know its a scam , i also got the paypal one that i normally would have fell for , last night my friend got one from rbs , im glad she questioned me about it before she clicked the links x
