Your landlady needs a rocket up her arse!!!! Get on to her asap and demand a new one from the sales that are on now. It's just NOT good enough!!!

The hard thing is when they done the kitchen they nearly forgot to put machine in so it'd wedged in the corner between a fitted cookery and the cabinet and sink so guna have to remove cooker!

Hun you don't need to worry about that it's on your Landlady, if she was stupid enough to do that then she'll have to arrange for it all to be sorted. She can't expect a family with 2 babies to cope without heating, washing machine or cooker. She needs to sort it all as a matter of urgency. Can't believe she's left you so long without heating, I'm disgusted by her! x

No it's scary when you're not feeling confident hun, don't put yourself down, it's not your fault any of this has happened. Tell Ian to man up and put his foot down with her. Of she won't sort it asap then withold most of your rent until she does it x
