elijah has been trying to steal bits of satsuma all week, so i squirted some juice in his mouth (he has had orange juice before, very diluted) and his face was hilarious, but now he wants more...did i read somewhere about staying away from citrus? im a bit wary of the stringyness???

I think they say not to give citrus fruit till they are 8 months because of the acidity. I know plenty of people who have given them at 6 months though and been fine xxx

Alice ate them from about 7 months i think, i used to peel the skin off so she was just eating the juicy bits.

i then progressed to cutting the segments in half cos she would just ram the whole thing in!
