Your everyday purse.

I needed a new purse and went to town today. I saw a lovely red leather purse but it was £20

Now i very rarely buy myself anything and certainly wouldnt pay that much for an every day purse but Ben made me buy it and now i feel guilty I feel like i should have bought the kids summat

Oh treat yourself it will prob last years! Id say £20 was cheap for a purse tbh

i would spend that, my last one was £22, its worth getting one you like instead of lots of cheaper ones.

The one im using at the minute is a Jane Norman one, but I practically got it free because they had 75% off the day I bought it. Other than that one though the other two I have are Radley, so you can guess how much they cost...thank god for duty free shopping at the airport xx

i am a tight arse too and usually buy cheap ones but its a false economy cos they dont last, the one i have now Alice bought me for mothers day (clever girl) it was |£35 but it already lasted longer than my cheap ones!

I think thats too much but tbh they really are that sort of price, i'm just tight. The last one I bought was £1.50 but it was in the tesco sale, originally it was £10. It's not particularly well made or anything though

I get my purses from TK Maxx and all their stuff is up to 70% off. Hubby bought me a leather one years ago it was really nice (it's died now though lol) I'd defo recommend there if you're after a cheaper designer one. The one I've got at the mo is a Tigger one from TK Maxx after my last purse gave out just as a "it'll do for now" purse and 2 years later I've still got it lol xxxxx

i wouldnt eat for a week if i spent £22 on a purse! id feel so guilty. my current one was £2.50 from peacocks and i love it xx

Gosh..it's been so long since I bought a purse(4 years ago)..but I think the last time I did I bought it at Winners on sale for 19.99. If I had my way, I would never carry a purse, but have been assigned the packing mule for everyone else. Madisyn has nicer purses than me..infact..she managed to get herself a Guess purse with matching wallet from her Aunty Tammy!

i buy spongebob wallets at no more than £10 each...i hate 'grown up' purses and stuff! hehe

LMAO! You are just like my baby sister in so many ways! Not only is she the kindest most gentlest person I know..she refuses to buy herself or allow anyone to buy her a new wallet or purse...she has a old man's wallet that is held together with duct tape...and she LOVES it! xxx

I wanted a Radley purse to match my bag...but it was £59 and already had a Radley bag in my hand so really couldn't buy both ...so went with a Tula instead...still £35

Its lovely soft leather though and has the perfect compartments for me

The one I had before I got from an Italian leather shop in Italy (lol of course) and that was quite expensive but verrry nice and I still have cos its perfect except doesnt hold enough cards.

I think before having c ive spent 20 on animal purses before but im currently using one i got given as a gift for passing my black belt by my karate instructor, its just a cheapie one but it holds my cash fine. Id prob now spend a tenner max but hell mara i bet you never treat yourself so sod it. Incidentally c currently has 2 of my old purses including an animal one and my hell bunny one in her handbag full of my old cards despite having her own minnie mouse purse so if i do need to change i need to rob my child lol

Mara, you deserve a treat and good on Ben for making you buy it. My current purse I got from Next last year and it could about £8.00 and it is still as good as new, so just think how long your purse will last, money well spent xx

This is my purse. Looks tiny but is huge. It's cream leather and paterned satin inside. I LOVE it but didn't pay as much as this as it was in an online sale. I felt guilty for weeks but I'm over it now
