Has anyone ever ordered from boohoo.com?
I placed an order on the 4th and i used Lukes paypal to pay. I received email confirmation straight away and an email on the 7th to say it had been dispatched. Then Luke got an email from paypal saying the payment hadnt gone through even though he had sufficient funds in his account...
I still havent received the goods AND his bank have sent him a letter to say the payment had been declined and charged him £10 for them just to send a letter!? But he had money in there otherwise he would of gone overdrawn and got charged for that!!
So i tried to ring boohoo yesterday...no answer. Ive emailed them 2 days ago and just got an auto-answer saying they will get back to me.....but had nothing It was also my sisters bday present and her bday is saturday

How annoying. I've never ordered for boohoo so can't really help sorry. We had the same thing when we bought insurance at pcworld, we made the money in the account but it didn't go through, we called pcworld and the bank but neither could tell us why. Hope it gets sorted soon xx

Thanks hun, i hope they turn up today! Stupid bank too why cant they just email him like they do about 5 times a day anyway
