If your OH (29) took a girl from his work (22!) out for drinks and dinner at 10pm onwards, while you were out of the country, and didn't give you advance warning, would you; a) feel sorry for the girl that she'd had to put up with him for the night b) kick his arse around the block 7 times, while shouting, then wee in his xbox c) get revenge by taking your sexy ex boyfriend out for dinner d) cry like a wuss but be too afraid to confront him or none of the above? I am interested to hear opinions.

Id be kicking him out to the kerb, I dont think its exceptable to be taking a girl out for a drink and dinner 1 on 1. My o/h would never in a million years do that, and I know if I did then it would be over between us.

Luckily, I'm not capable of d, as I have a very big mouth , I did b, a lot, minus the xbox of course, a very PG rated version of c, as I'm sick of being a doormat! Thanks though girls, it's nice to know I'm not insane. He seems to think it's OK to do that, and he only got in trouble because he didn't tell me I kept trying to explain, any married man who respected and loved his wife would never take a girl out for dinner that late at night. His excuse was, he doesn't fancy her, she looks like a man so he figured it was ok. I mean, yeah, like he's going to say oh she's smokin hot, but don't you worry!. And yes, it's not the first time. I think he's never cheated on me, or I would be gone, but before we got married he'd lied and said he was working overtime when sometimes he was and sometimes he was out for dinner/drinks with his (young female) manager. He lied when I was pregnant with Milo, saying he was off to meet a male friend, when it was actually a female friend He's now promised he'll never met a female anything for any purpose whatsoever but.. I think he really does love me, and he's tried to make up for things. He was helping out a lot with the housework and Milo when my morning sickness was worse (he can't help out with anything now as he's broken his hand ) Arrghh, relationships suck! I just want to get over this and trust him, I'd also like the moon on a stick, and some diamond shoes, please. |

Amandaplus2, I had a gut feeling from something he said after the event and asked him outright, he admitted it straight away. And told me I was over reacting. Mari, Nutty1, can you come over and do the talk for me? I don't think it has any impact coming from me anymore! Heehee, yummymummy, it was very tempting. Luckliy I had an 11 hour flight home to calm me down!

Let a few of us ladies have a "chat" with him for you! I am so furious for you!!!! Withholding the truth is the same as lying. Btw..how did you find out he went? Also, cheaters are like robbers, for every one time they get busted, there are several other offences they get away with!

OK thats it, I'm going to hire a BANDA tag team of Mari, Mario and Jen to come and give him a good talking too I was hoping that someone would say he's not being a git for doing this, and I'm overreacting.. We had a talk about it after it happened but I only found out the other day how young she was I don't know what I'm supposed to do, let it go? If i walk out and go home that means taking my kids 6000 miles away from their dad, and there's no way he could afford to visit them.. is it worth it over something that's not even cheating?? He says going out for dinner with another girl is no problem as he doesn't fancy her and nothings going to happen..but does she know that?? It's just such a mess I wonder what else he thinks it's ok to do? Scary.

I'd boot his balls and then show him the door. He don't deserve you. I could never be so understanding. I was 2 seconds away from walking out the door when my OH text his ex. I ended up texting her and giving her an earful. Then i told him if he done it again i would leave and take bubs with me. Needles to say he aint. x

I trust my hubby 100% but have got to say I wouldnt be happy at all about him taking some other woman out (no matter how young/old) considering he never takes me any where!! but tbh it sounds like he might not be up to 'no good' now but he quite possibly could be at some point (really hope you dont mind me saying that) why would he not tell you? and why would he think you are mad because he didnt tell you, and found out?? surely he would realise the reason you arent happy is because he's off out with some other woman when you arent there??? i def think you need to have a 'chat' you are pregnant and are v hormonal and stressed at this time anyway you dont need the extra stress of this. x

Thanks everyone, tried a talk and he really didn't go well. He just got angry with me for bringing it up, (again, we had a talk about it right after it happened, he apologised and said he didn't think it was wrong but was sorry he'd hurt me. Then finding out she was 22 just wound me up all over again )I guess I'm at fault for not letting it go too, but I wanted him to reassure me that he knew what was wrong and right when you're married and just got shouted down. I don't know what to do. Think I might just eat cake until I explode, that should make me feel better!!
