Trev keeps on at me that I should have the flu jab especially now i'm pregnant.

Have you or would you have the flu jab?

I didnt think you could have it when PG, i wanted one when PG with Alice and my pharmacist wouldnt do it

this years flu vacc covers swine flu aswell!

definitely get it kelly. I've had it before and didnt get it this year and hey presto I've had flu. It's the first time I've had it in 8 years and I'd forgotten how horrendous it is, i'd much rather have the jab then this xx

I had the swine flu one in Jan so i was covered when I was pg. I would have it x

I went and got my flu vaccine yesterday hun, as my colleagues daughter in law, who is 14 weeks pregnant has got swine flu and it really worried me. xx

when i was pregnant there was all that stuff about swine flu (last year) and my gp (off the record) suggested he wouldnt let his wife get it if she were pregnant...i didn't get it in the end as i wasn't happy that it was safe or even tested - there are now questions about long term effects of that injection

i am offered a flu jab each year but i have never gotten it - although i have had proper flu and it was awful its entirely up to you wether you want it or not, i personally couldn't have lived with myself if something had harmed elijah - i would never have known if it was the injections or not! (of course, if i had become ill i would never have known if that had affected him either so its a bit of a no win)

Have it done hun.....I saw my midwife today and she has been told she has got to advise all her ladies to get it done as we are in the high risk catagory. The flu jab and swine flu jab are now a combined injection...so only one needle..

I have mine booked for 31st Jan
