I had a dream last night that I had given birth to my baby girl, she weighed a very healthy 9 and a half lbs and I did it all with no pain releif whatsoever, not even paracetamol.

you never know fingers crossed ide maybe hope for a lb or 2 skimmed off though lol ! ! ,,,i was reading a story last night about a woman who had a dreadful labour so opted for hypnotherapy prior to giving birth again and she did it no pain relief and was a breeze ,, i have never had hypnosis therapy done but wonder if it really would make a difference or if she just got one of those lucky easy births

it might happen hun i done it with no pain relief at all x i was in labour for hours before i even knew it xx
