| Buy a juicer!
Izzy doesn't hate vegs but I find it hard to get what I think is a good amount in her.
Dan just bought a juicer, so he did some carrots and gave Izzy some in her beaker and she absolutely LOVED it and wanted more!
I am certainly going to be giving her at least one beaker of veg juice a day from now on! |

| Carrot juice is quite nice actually - surprising!
This morning she had melon and pear juice and glugged that - but she wont get much of the fruit ones as they will have too much sugar in! |

| I was thinking about this the other day when I was in the juice isle in ASDA. Didn't actually know you can buy veg juice in a carton but wowza its so expensive compared to a big bag of carrots etc.
Can you recommend a good juicer Lisa?

| no laura just bunged the carrot straight in this mornings was pear and melon which was quite sweet this is the one Dan just got http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=1500002451&langId=-1&searchTerms=PHILLIPS+JUICER reduced from £99 to £75 and he did a bit of research first so must have had good reviews elsewhere, it gets 4.8/5 on argos which is good its easy to use and clean and comes with a big book of recipes. kenty I reckon it would be ideal for Lily-ann then thing is even if they don't like the plain veg ones, you could add a pear or apple to sweeten it up i made myself an orange one last night that made me feel sick...the box says minimum peeling lol, so i bunged the whole lot in...Dan thought it was hilarious that I drank it cos he said it would have tasted vile with the peel ...yup he is right! |

| I use a blender as my 8 year old will not eat veg and sometimes it works but not always. He does love orange juice so might try the juicer idea x |

| oooo good thinking. I get the funniest looks when offering veg - but he's always interested in what we're drinking (he's a milk and water only bean ) so might give this a go. Have done that before with orange Wonder if a hand-held blender is up for the job at all though |
