Not Christmas itself, am muchly excited and love our family time together

BUT - is it just me or do you wish it covered an extra week or so to fit in the visits / visitors?

I just want to lock the door, batton down the hatches and snuggle up with my boys & bump - not have to sort out who is visiting when, who we can get away with not seeing, how long they're staying, if we need to go meet somewhere - plus if we're braving some sale shopping or -oooo - having the time to ourselves!!!

Humph. On my own on this one perhaps...

We're not that popular and only really have our parents and our two sisters and their families to see. I do see your point though, I just love us all been off together and being busy doing nothing for a week. I do hope you get some snuggle up time xxx

But deff staying at home as much as possible and not travelling ourselves to visit - but that means you can't get up and leave we've got to fit in at least three lots of visitors including my parents who'll stay here a few days. Urgh it'll be January before we know it! xx

This is the first Christmas we as a family are alone..and quite honestly..I love it! We don't have to shuffle the kids to and fro from house to house this year. We can relax and enjoy our own company for once. Sometimes it pays to be on the outs with the fam-damly! xxx
