I rang my Gran earlier to ask for tips on how to cook a Gammon Joint as she is the font of all knowledge when it comes to cooking, she told me to put it in the slow cooker, which I intend to do tomorrow.
Do I just pop it in with water?? And do I put it on high or low?? xx

The nicest way i have found is to cook it in coca cola. I know it sounds odd but it is really lovely, i think it was a nigella lawson suggestion xx
