I start on Jan 4th and I have lost my P45 from my last job
I'm not sure when the Jobmatch office opens to call them. So may try tomorrow.
But surely theres a different form to fill in if I can't find my P45?
I have to do 3 weeks fulltime to do first aid,food hygien,POVA etc... but I think I can handle it for 3 weeks because after that I will be going part time and getting my NVQ2 on the job.
Plus I wil get paid every week which is going to be really good for us as OH gets paid every month.
I have told my stepmum that at the end of every month she can have my weeks wages for looking after Flick xxx

Aww congrats hun. Hope everything works out for you, I am sure it will and there will be a solution to your missing p45.

You will fill in a P46 (I think thats what it is, been a while since I did payroll) and then the tax office will tell employer what to use, if your payroll person is half decent they will ring the tax office to ask what it is too

You may pay tax on a week/month 1 basis at first til they get the right code, but any you pay too much you will get back.
