i sadly lost a facebook friend this morning do to lukimia (how eva ya spell it) she was on 17 i think her bday was on xmas my daughter was in the childrens ward with her last year when lacey had broncilitus they was in same room with 4 beds in she was a lovely girl and ive known her eva since we've spoke the odd time and even seen her in town centre a few months after then both cam outa hospital thing is would you go to the funral or not as i dont wanna feel in way or anything just wanna pay my respects for me and my daughter knowin her but in a way would it be right as im not family or owt

I would probably try and find out if it's family only at the funeral but I would go if it's open to everyone.
So sad to hear of someone so young dying.xx

Funerals are for anyone who needs to say goodbye a formal way. If you are able to go hun, you should. Her family may be happy to see you at this time. xxx

I think the family would appreciate it if you went.

They usually have cards to fill in so you could pop a note on there as to how you knew her in case you felt they wouldn't know who you were

yeh I think you should go. it might even be a comfort for them to know how many people care about her even though you had only met her a few times
