what would you do. im thinking of taking the boys away for 3-4 nights around easter. it will probibly end up around similar price whatever i do. if i hire a cottage, id probibly go somewhere like snowdonia, or somewhere else in whales cos its such a lovley place, it will be something different and relaxing, id want to be out in the sticks somewhere...or haven, dont think id travel too far, but theyd be plent for the boys to do and all the entertainment to hand just cant decide which one, what would you do?? xx

I think if you are taking them on your own i might go for the haven option as there will be more for them to do so less pressure on you to keep them occupied! Particularly if the weather is poo as they have indoor pools and that i guess?

For the entertainment side of things then definately Haven, I stayed at Seaton Sands in Scotland with my sister and her family the other year and we had a whale of a time. xx

Cottage will probs be nicer accomodation but for the boys i'd say book Haven or something like that as they'll be a lot more for them to do. xx

ohh yeah, the £9.50 holidays, if im quick i may be able to get disneyland paris...the only thing there is i because im a single parent i think the supliment will be high?? i know they do work out a lot more than £9.50(done one befor and with everything on top worked out about £100 for us all, but thats still a good price) but im sure my auntie went to disneyland through sun holidays and only ended up paying around £150 all together i do quite fancy the cottege even just for the change of scenery(was looking at one with a pool, but was a bit more expensive), but for the price may as well got for haven, we wnt to devon cliffs a couple of years back and had a lovley time...ohhh i hoope i can get disney land x

I do a sun holiday every year, you end up paying about £100 but for 5 of us that isn't bad going. Were off to clacton in march for a weekend (it's only an hour away) but can go after school on fridaybso only miss 1 day at school. Lewis being yr 6 they get a bit stroppy about him having time off
