I have! I havent eaten a proper meal since Boxing day

Have been nibbling on anything I can find that doesn't need cooking...crisps, biscuits, chocolate, cheese, chocolate, crisps....then realising its bad and eating late on but still nowt good...last night I had a rib eye steak but couldn't be bothered with the spuds...and tonight I had an omelette.

Its time for change...in the morning after I have eaten some more chocs!

On the plus side I have gained...wait for it...don't laugh....3lb! Thats good for me!

Ive been fairly good to be honest, butternut squash risotto monday, roast pork with broccoli cheese and mash last night and spaghetti bolonese tonight. Have been picking a lot in between though

i ate half a bag of doritoes and onion and garlic dip and half a tub of forrero rocher last night ,,,, just away to much on smoked sausage chips and curry sauce in a min ,,,, roll on the new year and proper shopping list ,,, no junk

I've not been as bad as previous years but I still feel like a right greedy fecker!!! January 1st, diet!!

Im going shopping in the morning...cos I ve run out of nibbles!

I will be strong though and not go down those naughty aisles!

Ordered mine online yesterday morning for delivery friday, all good no side trips

I have no real excuse other than pure laziness though

Besides I need to get the special M&S food for New Years Eve lol

We decided to start weekly meal planners and online shops. Last week did a plan and went shopping in asda but this week did a plan, checked cupboards and wrote what i needed then went to tesco direct. Spent 43 pound after vouchers including delivery

Its easier to keep to a budget aint it! I always get stuff I dont need in store!

Its just bad cos the shops are a 5 minute walk or a 2 minute drive!

We have been disgraceful! We had party food on boxing day and also the next day as had people round, yesterday we went for a carvery lunch and then had dominos pizzas about 3 hours later as we were hungry today we went out for lunch with friends and i had steak and chips and then tonight Dan went to the chinese takeaway and i had a mahosive amount of food.

We are going to my dads for dinner tomorrow so will eat a shed load then and then on new years eve we are having a party so more junk then!!

We haven't been too bad really as it's just been us two, but we did have Chicken Fajitas for tea and I had to have a bowl of rice crispies before I came to bed as I was starving.

We are going to my Dads for new year and I have been informed that my aunty who's staying with him too this week has been and bought us all sorts to eat hehe! XX

I haven't been too bad but still have a stone to lose after having Lily.

I need to crack on and get fit in the new year x

Ermm we've not been too bad with regards to cooking/meals because we have to for Libby as she eats exactly what we have everyday (apart from a saturday when we have takeaway) BUT we have been picking in between meals - mainly chocolate. We got a tin of quality street on Boxing Day and they were pretty much all gone yesterday - and that's just me and Simon eating them!!!!

ive been awful. the clients in my work hand in chocolates and I counted them all yesterday 58 tins of choccies or biscuits. 8 small boxes of chocolates worst thing is we probably ate about 20 tins before I counted

then I come home and have a tiny crappy dinner and munch on more. diet is required but I dont think the choccies will be finished until april

oooh we were doing online shopping with a weekly meal planner for quite a while (til a couple of weeks we couldnt afford it) - it saved us loads of money and having all kinds of cr*p in the house!

i have eaten hideously the past week or two - no wonder eli doesn't want bf anymore it probably tastes of phileas fogg crisps, cheese and crackers and ben and jerrys

i'm such a fat toad right now, i think i will join the 'diet january' club

dont worry ive just been as bad.. the last meal meal i had was xmas.. n we had pizza last night. but just been snacking. had some fruit here n there. i said to perry just now i think i might cook tonight lol x

Oh god i've been awful! I recken in two weeks i've probably put on 5lbs ish, I wi on saturday so will find out then!
While theres so much in the house there's no point in me dieting because i'll just feel crap about it!
I'm glad i lost weight before xmas! I'd be gutted if i'd have put this weight ontop of what i already had to loose!

Back on it as of saturday i recken, I'll probably do a nice new year roast and get LOADS of fruit and veg in so i can stop snaccking on pure crap!

bleurgh...before i was pregnant i was so thinny, i still weighed 13 stone tho...i am 5ft 10 and not the skinniest boned person lol but i was still only a 10/12...got preggers and went up to 16 and a half stone mahoosive!!! when i came outta hospital i was 15,11 now 5 and a half mths later i am 14, 10 i was 15,2 before xmas tho...dont want to weigh myself again, as i want to stay below 15 stone!!! i hate saying that...eurrrrgh!! i look at myself and hate me!!! but i havent been too bad this yr...yday i scoffed all day on crap, as i was in such a mood lol

we have eaten a takwe away every day for the last week or so apart from xmas day and boxing day - eek!!
