i was just wondering can you still get a house thought an estate agenct if your in brankrupsy and debt management?
this house is slowly driving me mad it a lovely place dnt get me wrong but some many probs IE heating,dampness and in the middle of no where!
i was just wonding if can look at other houses to rent thou a angency or have to keep lookin private

They normally do a credit check, but the decision lays with the landlord, not the agents if they accept you, however they normally wouldn't accept you unless you have a guarantor
