Does anyone remember me mentioning a girl I know choosing her paedo husband over her baby?
I have chosen to build my bridges with her. I have checked my security settings on FB and blocked her from seeing my pics as well as her best mate,
We have been talking on chat for a while and have sorted our issues out and it is like we are best mates like before xxxxx
We have arranged to meet up for a coffee and I have asked my MIL if she could have Flick for the day and there is no way I will let see my pics in case of her OH.
I will NEVER let her meet Flick xxxx

Yep. She was always a good friend to me but her husband had controlled her and now she keeps sending me messages about wanting to meet Flick but I have had to make up that Flick is at childminders when I am working. Which is kind of lie becase obv I need childcare when I do my 2 weeka fulltime.
I have not given any info as to where we live or what nursery Flik is in ( she stays with my stepmum or MIlL)
As much as I want to trust her I can't . Her and her hubbuy are on my bus route and I get off the bus late and walk ages home x

It's a difficult situation! I wudnt let her meet flick either but at same time no reason u can't chat on fb with her! She is mayb scared to go against her husband and that's why she let's him control her

I have since emailed my CPN as I am worried about Flick!
I know that I may being stupid, I never get off at the stop putside my fron door but with all the questions she asked something doesn't feel right. I have blocked her from seeing any of my pics and she keeps asking me why and I tell her that i mucked up the upload.

If it were a good friend of mine I would support her trying to leave this sick barsteward, but to stay with him and give up her baby (I'm presuming she has) then, sorry but I couldn't even pretend to be nice to her.

I don't think you're stupid for being scared at all hun. Be very cautious, you protecting your little girl is exactly the right thing to do x

If she is a good friend i dont blame you for wanting to build bridges with her but by the same token hon if she has any brains she will soon work out you are holding back on her so if you do wanna continue a friendship with her you may need to be honest and tell her you value her friendship and want to have her in your life but while shes with her husband still you cant introduce flick into the relationship.
