You may remember me saying about my best mate who is sleeping with my boss.

She text me two hours ago as her mum was rushed to hospital to have her appendix out. She has just called me in pieces as they said they found a huge tumour and she has 10 days left to live.

I'm so devastated for her. Her mum is so lovely and came to our wedding and is so glamerous. Her mum is still in recovery and isn't aware yet.

She was in my mums class at school and it really hits home how special life is.

They are meeting with the consultant at 8am tomorrow. I hope they are wrong but I would be surprised if they would give out such awful news if they were not sure.

That is awful news but the only consolation is that her mum won't suffer.....my friends dad battled cancer from Nov 09 until he passed away in August and he went through hell, so if she is spared this it would be a blessing.

Not a nice way to start 2011.

thats so sad hun live is too short and very precious thats why i live for today my thoughts are with them.

if that was me i wouldnt want to know unless they were wrong and i stood a chance of fighting it xx
