I need to get a grip 203834 You will get there huni. I remember you saying you missed ov last month and I know it sounds so easy when people say stop trying and you will fall as I've been there (not as long as you though huni) but every month is so hard but I'm so positive that this year IS YOUR year.

Is there anyway you both could go for a wee holiday and have lots of lust filled rampant sex? (this is how my friend got her bfp after 3 years of trying) she said being on holiday made her forget about ttc and they just had loads of fun sightseeing (and trying to break the hotel bed) lol xxxxxxxxxxxx

I agree with the girls. Just let it happen, remember a tense mind equals a tense body. Stay positive, you've done so well so far, dont forget that xx

Hubby and I were trying for months to fall with Andrew and I was testing etc and it was rather stressful only doing it at certain times etc and I made the decision not to buy any more opks, not to temp test etc... and although that month I didn't get my bfp I did the month after. Hubby and I were both ill so hadn't done it alot that month but one night we were sat on the sofa and I pounced on him (lol) there and then on the sofa and that was the night Drew was concieved. We know it was that night as we'd only done it 2/3 times that month (due to not being arsed as we were ill) Relax and go with the flow and not worry about it (easier said than done I know sweetie)

I have to agree i know its really hard but thinking and stressing about it doesnt help. Just go with the flow as such it really worked for us month before i was like its never gonna happen again but it did after i realised i should forget about but keep trying if that makes sense x

Oh hunni (((((((hugs)))))))) I totally agree with the advice you've already been given, and it is harder said than done. Sometimes it stresses you out trying not to stress out!! I also agree with trying not to buy any tests or kits too.

Ttc can take over your life if you're not careful and that in itself can delay that bfp. Perhaps you could look into some relaxation therapy or yoga, to help your mind and body relax.

Look at what you achieved last year, with going back to work, starting a new job and coming off your meds. Talk about stress and you did it. Now relax...enjoy where you are in life right now and this year WILL be the one!

Lots of babydust your way x x x

i agree. i stopped noting down everything, i took my ticker off as it made me think about it more and more.

It took 6 years to fall pg with Rowan and 1 year and 7 months with the last one before this bean now.

You really need to stop thinking about it.

I really think you need some time out, it's taking over your mind and your worrying about it all the time is not going to help you.

I really think everything to do with a baby needs to be put away, books you've bought, everything.

Aww thanks girls for your lovely words they have made me cry lol, I'm a big emotional mess at the mo. Am going to take Kelly's advice I think and remove my ticker and maybe try and put all my books and tests away for a bit. Also think I might have to stop coming on as often and maybe limit it to a few nights a week. TTC really has taken over the last year and is really all I think about at the mo. Think I need to focus a bit more on me and on oh and try and let nature take its course xx

Piglet - I did the same too. I stopped visiting as much.

It really did help. you feel so stressed because of it.

Start having sex because you want to not because you have too.

If you feel the urge pounce on your OH don't think is it the right time. it dont matter have some fun.

we did and look what happened LOL

ah hun cry all you want. get it all out. then you'll wake up feeling a little better.

plan a day out with your OH some where you've always wanted to go or you've been to before.

Spend time with each other talking.

let everything else come as it comes "no pun intended"
