thats the most expensive within 5 miles of my area. i dont really like iot - looks far too posh! altho i dont know who near me cud afford to live in a house like that!!

There are some houses not that far from me that are well over a million and ony have 4 bedrooms, they dont even look that nice. I am always shocked when they sell as i would expect a lot more for a million!!

it always amazes me the difference in house prices across the country, yet the salary differences don't reflect this to the same degree. I know if we moved we'd have a much better quality of life, but it would be hard moving away from our families
