My sister goes back to work in June and i am having her little girl because she just wont trust to put her in nursary x

I saw this morning that they have charged him on two counts of oral rape. I hope he rots in hell!

The only way to prevent this sort of thing from happening is by never letting a child be alone with any nursery carer. My mum works in the nursery bit of a girls private school and they have to take the little ones to the toilets with two adults present. All places should do this x

I agree Laura they should never be alone with them. Its awful that people like this can terrify thousands of parents and stopping people even considering putting their children in to nursery.

The worst thing is, it makes everybody so worried to put their kids in nurserys.

My mum went back to work after the holidays on Tuesday and all of the staff were told they are no longer allowed to call the children 'sweetheart' or anything like that.

This is such a shame. These kids are 3 years old! When I was at school I remember a dinner lady who always used to call me 'sweetheart' or 'pickle'.

The nursery I went to when the kids needed the loo they worker would wait outside (the toilet door was a disabled toilet and left open. The nursery worker could be seen from the nursery as it had glass in the door and the loo was right next to the nursery. I took my daughter out because of other issues xx

I think workers should go in 2's. When I did work experience in a nursery they'd do a role call and a group of kids and 2 adults would take them to the toilets at regular intervals. If a child didn't need to go they would stay with the other 2 workers (kids could also ask to go when they needed but rarely did as they'd ask every hour if anyone needed to go) xx
