i lost my 8 yr old dtr on 15th nov last yr . she had brain attrophy n was bedridden since 8 yrs.my other dtr 21 months is having the same delayed milestones n physical symptoms . im greived.

I am so truly sorry for your loss and what the future holds for your young daughter. I can only imagine the pain you must be experiencing. Life can be so very cruel at times and you have had more than your fair share.

You sound like an amazingly strong woman and a wonderful Mummy to your girls.

What is the prognosis for your 21 month old. Has it been confirmed that she has the same as your older daughter?

It's times like this when we must realise just how precious every moment is and to make the most of what we have.

I admire your strength and courage sadaf and pray that everything will be ok with your young daughter.

This site is great for support, somewhere to come when things get too much in the 'real' world. It's a place to share happy times and sad times, everyone is so caring and understanding so I hope it may go a little way in helping you through this difficult time.

is your daughter going to be tested in the near future? for conformation , is it possible you are looking for the symptoms and expecting it whereas it may not be the case ?

thaku awl . both my daughters hv brain's white matter disorder which controls most of the bodily functions . the younger one will hv mri soon . though it doesnt reveal much . im not concerned with any test as the prognosis is same . no treatmentr nothing .
