I am back on my slimming world plan, I put on 3 pounds over xmas/new year so I start the year at.................

13st1lb (1st 6lb lost so far)

i am still at 10st 4, lost nothing over xmas and new year cos i couldn't exercise...by middle of the year i aim to be 9st!

My 6 week check is tomorrow so I am on the weight loss list too now!

I weighed myself today and am 10st 2lb (although it was only 10st yesterday, so not sure what happened).

I am aiming for 9 stone.

i haven't checked my weight in about a week...and i'm down 3lbs when i checked today...i'm now down to 10st 1!!! in total i've lost 2st 9lbs(37lbs!!)

Im now 9st 13oz, so 3lb lost for me!! x

I lost another 1lb this week so 12st12lb
I hoped for more, maybe the scales will be kinder to me next week

Ive just bought some new scales so will be joining the weekly weigh in... but in kilo's if thats ok

I was 93 when I weighed myself on wednesday and just started diet today really so *fingers crossed*

after my little worry earlier this week i lost 3lbs!

Well i havnt been trying to actually loose weight, just tone up and get fit (trying to sort out my wobbly bits!) but ive lost 5lbs in two weeks

I lost 3.5 lbs this week... AND I had chicken burger and chips for tea on saturday

loving weight watchers lol

I still cant get over the eating whatever you want as long as its within points... seems so odd that I could eat apples all day and then ahve dougnuts crisps chips etc for dinner hhmmmmm

well done jade its good isn't it i bought some curly wurlys last week has there only 3 points and i have to have a chocolate fix and 3 points is not bad im off to the ww meeting in a bit so will update later but dont think i will have done has well has last week has ive gone into my weekly allowance (last week i never) and i got my af so dont think i'll have lost much, hopefully i will be able to do better this next week

ive been doing ok this wk but gone into my weekly points again sometimes i get days where im ok then other days i keep thinking i need food lol, its hard trying to eat different things 4 me has i dont like veg or salad so evertything is points been eating alot of chicken cause thats not too bad wots everyone have 4 main meals that r

Ive been bad this week as am back home in Jersey and enjoying all the bad food that I can't get in Cyprus so the diets off till I get back

do you like quorn food JAyne as thats quite low... like quorn mince. You can make a chilli that will do 4 servings with half a packet of mince and its only about 3 points plus the rice.

hi i lost 1lb this week, no jade ive tried it before and i didnt like it ive ended up buying lean mince and lean casserole beef its a bit more expensive but i really want to lose weight so will after pay a bit more 4 things i guess ive lowered my points now too has ive lost 15lb my points needed to go down going to check every 4wk wot points i should be on cause if im eating more points than wot i should be im not going to be loosing xx
