i just opened a jar of their food and the whole jar just cracked , slashed my hand open and the product's all mouldy even though expiry date is 02/12. I phoned to complain and they were useless, waiting for the customer service manager to call me back now

do you think? it's when i unscrewed and the whole jar just cracked, i've got no proof of purchase to complain to the supermarket.

thing is if its already mouldy then it must have been cracked before you bought it - so its the supermarkets responsibilty to ensure the items they sell are fit
