dunno if you remember me saying a couple of weeks back about a complain thats been made against me. i still dont have a clue what its about, i took it to the supervisors and they didnt have a clue, they said to ring on the tue...well after all that went on over new year it was the last thing on my mind so i never did ring so im kinda brickin it. another pain in the arse is its at 4pm, i have to get leo from school at 3:25, then drop them off at myt mum's then get to work which will take 20 mins or more, then find a parking space and get to the right dept...i can see me being late which wont look too good

I would ring them hun and just explain about having to get Leo from school and that you might be a few minutes late.

I can't imagine it will be as bad as you are thinking things rarely are.

Good luck, I'm sure it's not as bad as you think, I know when I do formal disciplinary's at work I have to give my staff time to prepare and the option to have a representative with them so I bet it's nothing too awful

Good luck hun, I'm sure it'll be fine. I agree with Gill it's best to ring ahead and set their expectations that you may be 10 mins late and the reason for this. Nothing employers hate more than lateness xxx
