| and is taking its toll! Why is it some months are light and no hassle...and others are spent doubled over in pain wearing giant adult sized diaper pads that make you waddle like a penguin. I think I am one of the few on here that is quite looking forward to menopause! Aye Carrumba! |

| ouch you poor thing!! Get in some chocolate and demand sympathy from your family! Mine used to be horrible, but after having Milo I only had 1 period then got pregnant again straight away.. it's going to be a shock when they come back! Look after yourself, chocolate, hot water bottles, bed, sympathy are in order! |

| I'm with ya there mine marched in all guns blazing on Saturday It's every third month my body decides it's spring clean all clear out today !!! Mine run for seven long days My be something to do with age as they have gotten worse over time |

| Oh nasty! I can sympathise Jen as I get AF like that too. Sometimes it's normal and when WHAM!!! AF from hell! The doctor told me to take as big a dose of ibuprofen as I could, as it's anti inflamatory it stops you bleeding quite as heavily and obviously helps with the pain. I generally end up taking max doses for 2 days. make sure you don't take them on an empty stomach though xxxxx |

| Aww Jen hun, sorry the witch is being such a biatch this month. Loads of chocolate and painkillers and a hot water bottle or those heat pads I find help a little. Hope she eases and buggers off soon xx |
