My ex husband's nan died yesterday. She used to play on my darts team and I got on really well with her until we split 3 years ago. I don't know what to do, part of me feels I should acknowledge her death in some way but on the other hand, the rest of his family were completely awful to me when we split

Can you find out the funeral details and go to cemetery after, perhaps next day and lay flowers..
It is weird when you split, I still get a Christmas, anniversary and all of us get birthday cards from my ex husbands great uncle. They have obviously never told him, he sends the 2 boys money every Christmas and birthday

My ex's step father died recently, our breakup was not great but he was Tommy's grandad and altho i didn't llike the man, i did like his wife and i felt like i wanted to acknowledge that i was sorry for there loss.
I just popped a card through the door the day of the funeral.

Me and my ex get on ok, it's just his sister and his mum mainly. My mum is friends with his mum so I'll know when the funeral is, because she'll be going. Maybe I'll just send some flowers. Do you think that would be ok?
