| Would a family of 4 staying in a villa for 2 weeks need to save for a trip to Florida? Roughly. |

| It depends how much you want to do, what you want to do and where you want to go. If you book park tickets back here its much cheaper! Have a look at tripadvisor.com in the Florida forum, i got lots of info for our holiday we were meant to go....but then fell preggers! |

| Oh gosh hun, a lot. If you're planning to visit the Disney resorts, Sea World, Universal etc then you're best hunting about for the best deals. Disney is so huge that over 2 weeks I'd suggest that you at least get a 5 day pass probably more. Ryan and Jacks tickets will probably cost the same amount as once they're over 9 they have to get an adult ticket (although I don't think Universal charge for under 3's?). I'd say you were looking at £1500 minimum for tickets alone. Then you have all the food and drinks, car hire and petrol, general souveniers (you'll need a spare suitcase I swear!) So it depends on how much your guys eat and drink and how far you'll be travelling. Orlando is not cheap though so budget more than you think you'll need x |

| We booked to stay in the Ramada on International Drive that looked ok-nice, not amazing but we got a good deal for flights and hotel. Then we found a 14 day pass for nearly every park for about £200pp i think. We were planning on taking about 3grand between us i think (when the exchange rate was fab, this was all in 2009 though and only planned never went so i cant quite remember!) |

| ooh that'd be a fair bit... prob looking at near 2 grand for the flights for all of you (although I'm sure this varies greatly depending on what time of year you go) villa's are generally cheaper than the hotels but then you need a car and food on top, some hotels will include buffet breakfast and lunch and normally provide transport to the parks. |

| Thats what i thought, we go in June, flights are paid for but have nothing saved for the rest yet! We will want to do the parks so will try to book before hand then. The villas booked and there are 3 familys so its not to much each, just really park tickets, food, car hire to share and obviously daily expendidure. Mmmmm, prob about another 4000 you think? thats about £650 a month.... OUCH!
We kinda got roped into it as its a family thing for my sisters 30th, sounded great at the time but now im pooping it! Oh is due a yearly bonus in April, lets hope its a gooden! Thanks |

| Well..groceries are cheap in the states, so if you plan to do all your big meals at home, it will cut down on the cost. I just want to tell you that eating in any of the disney/universal parks is disgustingly expensive! All disney shops are also pretty expensive as far as souveniers etc. xxx |

| Something we used to do was buy a big polystyrene cool box (really cheap in a US supermarket) and then make our own lunch, stick a load of ice in the box and leave it in the car. We'd just pop back to the car and have a rest and lunch. Much cheaper x |
