| Does anybody know much about this new application Facebook have launched? It is only available in the US at the minute (i think?) and launched a couple of days ago but apparently it will be "available in your region soon". Now I was wondering what it is and I have just recieved a pm on FB (not spam - from a charity I am part of - US based) telling me about it and how people should keep their kids safe . Aparently when it is launched over here you will be able to pinpoint on a map, with address and everything, where all your friends that are logged in are Is this information right? and is it only me that finds this a little weird if not scary? . So if I log in on my iPhone for a quick update all my friends will be able to pinpoint my exact location?? Time for a clear out me thinks Stalker alert!! xx |

| Yeah, I think that is what it is too.
But, when you go into it, you do get the option to not select your current location so it wont work if you dont want it to x |

| I don't like the sound of this either, why do people have to know exactly where you are at any specific point in time. I don't want people to know when my house is empty, hubby is away from home, we are away on holidays. Defo think I will have to do a bit of fb weeding lol |
