| Hi Ladies, Well there was me thinking I had avoided the dreaded constipation....but no i'm now very constipated and feeling very bleugh I'm not sure if it's my own fault though.....I have a constant craving for milk at the moment and it's all I drink....can too much milk cause constipation? What do you ladies think? Naomi x |

| Hey, sorry ive never experienced proper constipation thank god but i do drink loads of milk and never had a prob! Hope you uhh...go soon |

| Hiya, I dont have a huge amount of milk (only a small bowl of cereal in the morning) but I've been constipated for a few weeks Try and drink plenty of water, that should help. Hope it gets better soon xxx |

| yuck! constipation is awful, and i was always scared to um...strain, when i was pregnant (yes i know nothing will 'fall' out but i was scared!). i took to eating either weetabix or branflakes/fruit n fibre everyday even when i didn't want to eat and that helped a lot...also fresh orange will help you out if you can stand the acid |

| Water and fruit juices / fruit can help. Smaller meals and warm drinks help me I think I highly recommend tesco's own unscented moist wipes. Seriously. Not the nicest of subjects but they are a lot more gentle on the bum - wonder how I ever did without them |

| i spent the first week just jumping in the shower after any toilet activities just the thought of toilet paper arrgh no ta! i don't think i've ever been as clean since... |
