Cocked up my bill!

Only 1 month ago I had a huge bill that was wrong so they credited £30 odd and I paid £12 which I have an email to say is what was due...that bill was in advance til October...so shouldn't get a bill for ages right?!

Wrong!

I get a snotty email saying my bill is unpaid, but its not my account number, so I log on and there it is - different account number, same phone number charging me for the same period I have already paid for!

OMG I was soooooo naggy - sent an email telling them in no uncertain terms that I was seriously pissed off and if they don't sort this once and for all ( have been getting wrong bills every time for over a year) then I am going to take it further

I refuse to allow them to take any money by Direct Debit becuase so many times they have taken huge amounts that I don't owe and then either refused or delayed to refund for so long! So because I refuse to pay by DD I HAVE to pay £4.50 every bill for the privilege of paying by card when I know what the correct amount is!

I am so mad with them it is unreal! Then to top it off, every time I email them I say EMAIL me back, DO NOT call - and guess what 15 minutes ago a missed call from BT

wow ,,, i can honestly say that i have never had such a problem like that with bt

hope you get it sorted ,,, wouldnt you be better going with different company now as you just seem to clash with bt and bang your head off brick wall

i know the feeling hun they said i owed the 100 quid so the put my dd up to 56 quid a month from 20 i phoned and ask how ect i cannot afford that and i basicly got told i dont care the are arse holes when my contract is up i am def shifting i hate them x

hmm well thing is I get free broadband as I'm an employee of a BT subsidiary! So I don't want to spend £25 a month extra lol

I don't joke when I say I don't think we have had a correct bill for over 2 years! They have disconnected us 5 times all of which were their errors! They have placed an order for broadband (when I already have it free) and billed me for it - when I never even placed the order - then cut me off cos I didn't pay for it!

Iv had hell with them too. every bill I have I have to ring them. Iv just canx my account from them had enough (tried last year but they managed to fluff it up enedded up in another year contract with them) but seriously they are a joke!!
Iv now canx apparently im going to be charged for it even tho my contract is up but iv spend hours if not days on the phone to them with one thing or another, Iv just couldnt careless now. Il blinking pay it if it means I get rid. told was sorted nothing to worry.... then friday had a letter telling me they've renewed my contract!! so rang them to be told they sent it out before I canx... even tho the date was after my phone call but hey ho.
Iv got ref numbers, names of every phone call but when I ring up about it they have no record! I might as well ring up the local take away as ask them. as nothing is ever done.

and to top it off they cant spell my name right on our bill!!! Iv told them 100 times (and thats no exageration either!!) how to spell it. really not that hard!!
argh thats my recent problems with them. when I 1st started with them they took £200 out of my bank for no reason. and was told I couldnt have it back untill problem was sorted! Iv written 6 or 7 now complaint letters/ emails/ phone calls to them and not once had a reply and have been cut off when on the phone to them. its a joke.

im not holding my breath now this time I bet something goes wrong and they wont be able to canx my line rental!
