Hes quite pesimistic tho as says he doesnt think itll work - i think hes a bit proud to admit hes following a certain diet!!! So has your OH ever dieted and if so which one and how successful were they? x |

| david's never followed a diet but when he wants to lose weight he just cuts right back on alcohol and eats better, blokes lose weight so quickly though, its so unfair! |

| sam can't diet in general because he's diabetic...but he tends to 'cut down' on food when he knows he has to binge cos of his sugar levels...so he's as bad as a dieter! lol |

| Dave has lost nearly 4 stone in last year. I've just asked him what he did........Cut down to 1500 calories a day for 6-8 weeks and went to the gym 3 times week. Now eats and drinks what he wants as long as goes gym 3 times a week. |

| Paul is on SW as of last week and is doing well. I'm following the same diet but can't go to the meetings with him coz of the kiddiewinks. I have lost 6lb this week and Paul weighs in tomorrow so I'll let you know how he did. It is a great diet for hungry blokes because there are loads of free foods that they can fill up on - infact paul is actually eating me out of house and home now and its doing my head in! He has done it before a few years back (before he met me) and he dropped over 2 stone in 3 months. xx |

He's really got motivated - although away on business next week for 3 weeks in Germany so may wobble a bit (not literally lol) |

| My oh is doing ww with me, But atm he cant go to the gym so he's really stressing out about that. He usually goes every day and does weights but becuase he's in a cast he cant. I make his lunch and dinners, dinners tend to be healthy and lunch is sandwiches, He takes care if breakfast when he's out. I think with men they don't like to say there on a diet, even just cutting back on rubbish seems to do the trick for them! |

| martin lost nearly 6 stone over the past couple of years and he just cut back the rubbish and he now takes a salad to work insted of sandwiches (with loads of stuff in it like chicken peppers closlaw and lots of other stuff ) the main thing i would say is he does alot more excercise he plays football on a sun training once or twice a week and he goes for a 10 min jog in the morning the thing he has found now he can eat more and still maintain his weight because his motabalism is working better good luck to him x |
