argh BT
Iv had hell with them too. every bill I have I have to ring them. Iv just canx my account from them had enough (tried last year but they managed to fluff it up enedded up in another year contract with them) but seriously they are a joke!!
Iv now canx apparently im going to be charged for it even tho my contract is up but iv spend hours if not days on the phone to them with one thing or another, Iv just couldnt careless now. Il blinking pay it if it means I get rid. told was sorted nothing to worry.... then friday had a letter telling me they've renewed my contract!! so rang them to be told they sent it out before I canx... even tho the date was after my phone call but hey ho.
Iv got ref numbers, names of every phone call but when I ring up about it they have no record! I might as well ring up the local take away as ask them. as nothing is ever done.
and to top it off they cant spell my name right on our bill!!! Iv told them 100 times (and thats no exageration either!!) how to spell it. really not that hard!!
argh thats my recent problems with them. when I 1st started with them they took £200 out of my bank for no reason. and was told I couldnt have it back untill problem was sorted! Iv written 6 or 7 now complaint letters/ emails/ phone calls to them and not once had a reply and have been cut off when on the phone to them. its a joke.
im not holding my breath now this time I bet something goes wrong and they wont be able to canx my line rental!
