alfies got this horrible cough and its stopping him from sleeping. everytime he coughs it wakes him up and he wont settle back down. last night he was up from about 12 - 3 thinking it was play time and hes been crying off and on ever since i put him down tonight at 7. i went up the first few times to put his dummy back in but when he kept coughing it came straight back out so ive just left him to cry. i feel like bad mammy but i cant settle him so he gonna have to himself. he has had calpol and tixylix and hes got vicks on and ive raised his mattress slightly so i dont think theres much else i can do for him.
i just hope he settles so i can get some sleep tonight - im pooped!!
