I stupidly dropped my new blackberry down the toilet NYE and it died
Luckily is was insured, so i rang them on the 3rd of jan and made a claim, sent the phone off ect and paid £50 excess.
I still hadnt heard from them so ive just rang up, my phone is beyond economical repair...i could of told them that 3 weeks ago
so they said they would send me a new one....then said they didnt have any in stock and ill have to wait another week and if they still dont have it in stock i will have to choose something else!
I dont want another phone, i love my BB Bold!! They said it could be something better or equally as good, but in my opinion there is no better. So they best get it in stock
