i went out by my self (and girls of corse)
normaly i have some one else with me like my oh or mil or friend but i really need to go to the bank to get wedding money ect and i had no choice but to go on my own! i was sat in my car for 10 mins befor gettin out but i did it!
you might think i sound compleatly barking mad think what the hell she babbling on about but i havent done it in so long was proud of myself

I don't know if you saw the message for me in members messages the other day off mario but that was because I had taken Ollie to the park all by myself In 7 years I have only left the house by myself to go to work. If I go out by myself I tend to have panic attacks so me taking Ollie to the park was a huge achievement for me. So as a fellow recluse I am really chuffed for you hun xxx

I dont go out hardly on my own even struggle to walk over the shop by myself and callum bless him gets stuck indoors most the time if oh at work but this last week ive met 2 ladies frm netmums, been to craykids just me and callum and walked to tumbletots and back it does get easier hun honestly xx

I don't think you are barking mad hun. Well done hun your deserve a massive , making those 1st steps of going out on your own again are so tough but also so rewarding, believe me I know this from personal experience, a year ago I was too scared to set foot outside the house and spent all day locked inside with the blinds closed. I am now back a work and so much more confident. You can do it hun, be very proud of yourself, sorry for hijacking you thread just wanted to let you know you aren't alone xxx
