Right ive always been a bit sea sick, but in Cyprus i worked for a booze cruise so was fine on the boat most of the time (prob the drink helping there )
But these days i get really bad motion sickness when i fly, travel by car for a long time which is understandable but now....Ive just got back from the gym and i can feel myself swaying from the blimming cross trainer!
Can u take anything for motion sickness?

Maybe have a word with doc if it continues maybe something to do with your ears x

I have this and take tablets every day, otherwise I can't even watch telly without being ill. Go see your doc they'll prescribe something

Aw Mandy thats awful, thanks im going to the docs tuesday so i will mention it then! Its horrible i feel like im drunk and spinning out lol!
