Unusually for me ( ) I'm going to disagree as I think once they are off it makes life so much easier. These last couple of weeks since Hannah has been crawling around after Thomas I have found life so much less stressful. So long as you baby proof as far as possible he can now explore and get places without your help. More hands free time for you and less frustration for Eli so a quieter life all round .

i'd agree debs i find it much easier now because ava entertains herself by exploring, plus since crawling she started having long naps in the day which gives me some me time which is great.

Yeah Jo - I've found Hannah is tiring herself out a lot more too which is good - the poor lil thing fell asleep in her lunch today (time to rething nap times I think).

If you let Eli have a big explore time before bed Mari - you never know you might start to say bye bye to those night feeds

Debs - no way! I found it much easier when I could put her somewhere safe while I went for wee! When she started crawling I lost her a few times and ran round the house frantic! Now she's walking I have to keep her with when I go for a wee!

well done elijah!! still waiting for alfie! hes on all 4s with his bum right in the air swaying backwards and forwards but he seems to be creeping backwards instead. i think hes gonna get it in the next couple of weeks tho!! x

@fetch hahaha amy eli was doing that for a few weeks - just ending up further away! ahhh a bit of extra sleep would be lovely he is currently screaming at his daddy cos he is really overtired, i think he has worn himself out today.

hahaha i am trying to look round the rooms and work out what i need to do (although most stuff is higher up now anyway cos he has been able to roll across the room for a while) - im sure i will miss a few things that we will figure out in the next few weeks!
