its not a criticism, but when i go to reply to a post and click to add an emoticon, well it kind of redirects me and i have to find it and add it again?

it never used to do this did it? also when it does redirect you to that other screen to select again, it doesnt have all the all the ones it does when you first go to reply

okay ive just read that back and it doesnt make much sense

yeh i know wot u mean. dont know why it does that, see what Lisa says. There is a drop down box with the emoticons, they are all there but in different drop downs i.e 1,2 and 3

I'm looking into it as its off and on doing it - just use the proper reply button and it wont happen, also as Leah says the smilies are all there, just select 1 2 or 3

thats it yeh, Ive stopped the quick reply til I get to the bottom of why it jumps...so using the Post Reply button is the only option

Im pretty sure it never used to jump, so I think its conflicting with some other change I have made!

Ladies who had the problem with the quick reply message box and smilies - can you tell me which browser you use?

I use Firefox and I had the issue, so the support guys want to know if we all use the same browser?

I use Google Chrome x

I *think* this issue is to do with the DNS settings of our .com forum address forwarding to the forum - so once the DNS settings are up and running correctly it should work fine!

So just a while and you can have quick reply back!
