| My car has died today I had to take Dan to the train station and then Izzy to MILs and then to work...except on way to MIL I saw the temp gauge had gone up loads and when I stopped at MIL there was steam coming from bonnet and the expansion tank is gacky...so its the head gasket blown me thinks...and not worth repairing it on that car So its a shitter cos the job I started on Monday I have to have a car to get there and we cant afford a new car straight away..so thats gone down the drain - so peed off its unreal! Then to top it off my MIL says Izzy didnt have the spinach pasta I sent (I like her to have that as its good for iron)...instead she had f'ing big soup |

| I haven't told them either way yet - but really can't see a way round it - there are no suitable buses for when i need to be there, and even if there were its on a very busy main road and I'd still have to walk half a mile down it from where the bus would stop, and its a very fast road (in fact on that very stretch there was a 3 car pile up on Monday about 30 seconds before I pulled off the road to work..and one guy was airlifted, so not a nice road at all to be walking or biking on) Its too far to go on my bike anyway and I can't see us being able to get a car right now. This was my old car, we decided not to get a new car a few months ago - instead paid off some of the corporation tax etc - typical! I would nick Dans celica...except he hasn't repaired the damage since he reversed it into my dads trailer..and the wing is poking out so isn't road legal til its fixed..and it would need an MOT then too - so that isn't a quick option! He never bothered cos he never goes anywhere much now he works at home, so just used mine! Oh well feck it...can live without the little bit of money that brought in, but it would have been nice to do a few early morning hours without Izzy having to go anywhere. I feel more bad about the fact I am letting them down than anything! I was in tears this morning when I couldn't get there. |

| Ive driven my dads van and the shogun round the farm and totally hated it - I honestly don't think I could take a big car on the road...im not a ninny driver, but for some reason big cars and me dont go well! I even shat my pants when I had to drive a courtesy car..and they gave me a frikin Vectra, one of those new ones that are quite big |

| Sorry to hear about the car Could you just get a really cheapo one? We sold Dans old car on ebay and there was nothing wrong with it, there were ones on there for a couple of hundred quid! I would tell your MIL that if she gives Izzy one more big soup you will strike her down, FFS how many times does the woman need to be told!!! xx |

| The big soup thing really pissed me off today
I had specifically put something with good iron in it for her cos yesterday she didn't eat much veggies< i know big soup has veg in but its so salty..I don't give Izzy processed soup like that, she has my homemade soup that I know what went in it!
I think thats what we are gunna do Kate - my mum says we should just go to a car auction and pick something...cos Dan and I are so bad at choosing (kinda why we never got one all those months ago, he wanted one thing and I wanted the opposite..and the only car we both liked, the Alfa Romeo, every one told us they are rubbish cars!) |

Yeah taller and a bit wider, I used to have a regular Megane and it wasn't as wide as this, and the middle seat is a full proper seat which makes things easier for such as my Mum coming out with us...oooh and loads of boot space!! I do love love the fact that the seats are higher and I dont have to bend down to strap the kids in, or get myself in/out,much better for my back x |
