iv just had a letter saying the passenger in the car that caused our accident is putting in a claim against me she has basically wrote a whole load of bull that the car she was in was stationary at a junction when i collided with them, failing to stop at the junction i was coming out of...errrr i wasnt at a junction and they pulled out on me she has also said that no police attended the scene...errrm well i still have the little slip to prove otherwise. ffs the other driver has already admitted liability.
but now im worried, what if they just lie and take me to court!!!!

I would provide your insurance company with a written statement of what happened and provide a diagram if you can. Also provide them with the police reference number. Then let your insurance company sort it out x

panic over phew. iv rung my insurance and they recieved the claim yestoday and have told them they dont have a claim as the other driver has already accepted full liability. thank god, this woman has lied through her teeth, even the place it happend is wrong its so annoying, its people like that why our premiums are so high to start with hopefull that is the end of it now x

Phew glad you have sorted it now. I deal with claims on a daily basis at the train station I work at and it's shocking the amount of people who lie for claims. Luckily we have CCTV to prove them wrong.
