Last April I was on my way to Caelyn's (Mario's) birthday party with Wil and an idiot in an Ocado van drove into me on a roundabout near Towcester.
The pillock claimed it was my fault, he was in the wrong lane and cut across me.
I got my car repaired and paid my excess then left it for the insurance companies to sort out and yesterday I got a cheque from my insurance company refunding my excess.
So I am £250 up and this is proof that he was totally at fault.
(OH is so happy we are going out to my favourite restaurant for our anniversary at the end of Feb - he refused to go because it is expensive but now Mr Ocado van is paying because OH had forgotten about the money.
