My oh sold an iPhone 4 on eBay, it's used but in amazing condition not a scratch on it.
I know I cleaned it and packaged it.

The guy as said he wants his money back as it's scratched and the screen doesn't work.
This is rubbish but what do you say to that? If it is scratched etc it's not because of us, I think he will send it back f%^&ed because let's be honest it wouldn't be difficult to scratch and break a phone.

did you have clear pics on Ebay?

if so this should cover you, selling phones on Ebay can be dodgy, someone tried this on my sis and its to get refund and send you back a diff phone to what you sent out, my sis had very clear pics of it and noted imei number

yes or they make out that your pics were taken months ago when it was new! its your word against theirs so tell him to swivel x
